There are three types of apartments:

• Type BUNGALOW is a 2-roomed apartment (constructed in precept, not soundproofed) composed of one double bed room, a living room with two beds, little separated kitchen, bath room shower/WC, 2 little balconies, garden with table and chairs.
• Type TERRAZZA is a 2-roomed apartment composed of one double bed room, a living room with two beds and kitchenette, bath room shower/WC, a covered terrace with table and chairs, garden.
• Type VILLETTA is a 3-roomed apartment composed of two double bed rooms, a living room with one bed and kitchenette, bath room shower/WC with disengagement, little terrace and garden with table and chairs.

The apartments becomes rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday and are equipped with bed linen, refrigerator with freezer, Cook equipment as well as table-ware and cutlery.
In the rent price are comprised the consumptions, the weekly change magazine of the bed linen, the final cleaning, the parking and the gentility of the staff.
The linen for bath and kitchen is not comprised.
